guided tour · three parts

dot-claude-iff

One place to interact (Claude Code) · one place to control (the console) · one command to evolve (/project-memory) - a .claude/ operating system that gives agent work a harness and gives you the instruments to watch it.

Overview

What you will learn

The tour has three parts. The first two are read once; the third is six small hands-on exercises.

Part 1

Understand the system

Stable work blocks, the five hooks and seven tools, and the honest privacy section - what actually touches your disk and what never leaves it.

Part 2

Set it up

Pick your path (fresh repo, existing repo, or just exploring), then three switches: trust the hooks, open the console, tell it how you're billed.

Part 3

Learn by doing

Six small exercises, each ten minutes or less. Every card tells you the context, what you'll use, the exact action, what fires underneath, and where to look on the console. Do them in order: each one teaches the next one's vocabulary.

The loop. You and Claude Code talk; hooks record every event into a local record; tools project the record onto the console; the console hands your answers back with full context attached.
Want to see the real thing before you set anything up? The demo console opens in a new tab - it is the real instrument, wired to this repo's real data, no setup required.
